We spend some time in February photographing the creative cooking of Lisa French, the Executive Chef at The Country Club in Morristown, Tennessee. Her cooking skills and presentation are truly amazing . The Country Club is a private golf course with a fully operational member dining facility, bar area and a beautiful banquet room over looking the course.

A former site of the Tennessee State PGA Championship, The Country Club is one of the finest private golf courses around. Build in 1955 and has been upgraded throughout the years with the most resent renovations completed in 2007. During which the clubhouse was remodeled with additional space added for member dining & banquet facilities, bar area, new pro show and fitness/locker room areas. The Country Club is located just off Andrew Johnson Hwy in Morristown, Tennessee
