First Tee of Greater Charleston 1st Annual Gopher Ball – Patriots Point Links – Mount Pleasant, SC

This past weekend we had the pleasure to volunteer our services to the First Tee of Greater Charleston for the 1st Annual Gopher Ball held at the Patriots Point Links Golf Coursein Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The “Caddy Shack” themed event was a great success as guests turned out in their themed attire and exceeded the organizations goals for the evening. The all inclusive event included open bars, light hors d’ouvres and the amazing Right On Band.

About First Tee of Greater Charleston:

First Tee of Greater Charleston mission is to positively impact the lives of our local youth by providing structured character education that promote core values and life skills through the game of golf. This event helped raise money to provide local programs to youth within the region and for First Tee Scholarship Fund.

2010 AG|WPJA Q3: Wiselyn Photography Places 18th Internationally

AG|WPJA Q3 International Competition

Bryant Newman, the principal photographer for Wiselyn Photography was honored with an 18th place [Sense of Place/Architecture] during the AG|WPJA Q3 International Competition. This is Bryant’s third international award in less than two years. The chapel image above was captured earlier this year at The Church of the Holy Communion in Charleston, South Carolina. A membership into the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association is only granted to the best photojournalist style wedding photographers that meet the high standards of the association.

Allison + Cody’s Wedding | Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church & Charles Towne landing – Founders Hall

We recently had the honor of photographing Allison & Cody’s intimate wedding at the Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in North Charleston, South Carolina. One of the most amazing events I’ve ever witnessed during a ceremony was when Allison’s father performed a powerful solo that brought the family & guests to their knees. The reception took place at the historical Charles Towne Landing – Founders Hall.

Allison + Cody’s Engagement At Falls Park – Greenville, SC

We met up with Allison & Cody at the High Cotton restaurant in Greenville for their engagement session. The restaurant overlooks the Reedy River & is right next to the amazing Falls Park. Which turned out to be an ideal location for that day as we were hit with 90+ degree weather that ended with a heavy rain.

What a fun time we had with these two. We are so looking forward to their destination wedding in Charleston, SC!
